PT Gym arranges weight
management programs, which guarantee you safe and healthy weight
loss when followed properly.
The program lasts 12 weeks. A full body analysis is made of each
participant at the beginning after which we will set goals and a
personal diet plan.
Progress is monitored during the program with
5 individual sessions and 3 body analysis measurements. We are there
to consult you during the whole program.
The full body analysis gives an exact indication
of an individuals body fat, muscle mass, basic metabolism and amount
of fluids within the body. Following these measurements, we are
able to ensure that actual body fat is lost instead of muscle. With
this method we are able gain lasting results and each participant
is given readings of the measurements.
Body fat is lost with the same principles weather
you are an active sportsman, professional athlete or completely
inactive. If results are not gained then it is usually due to lack
of knowledge or frustration with slow gains followed with a slump
in enthusiasm. This is when the typical up and down cycle begins
in weight loss.
