has operated since 1987 and is situated only 500 m from the centre of Oulu towards Heinäpää (please look at map). We moved to our current location in 1997.

We have 400 square metres of gym space and it is spread over the ground floor and basement. All of our so-called lighter gym and aerobic equipment, ladies dressing rooms, sun bed and customer service counter are situated on the ground floor.

The bulk of our gym equipment, men's changing room and sauna (which is only for men) can be found in the basement.
